Serial number 17837. Made in 1868. 44 RF caliber with a 24” barrel. Very fine early gun with a Henry marked barrel. This gun is factory engraved. This gun is an early gun with the Henry like engraving. Traces of silver still remain on the frame. The barrel has about 95% of the original blue. The Wood is excellent with most of the original finish. The butt stock has been checkered. This is a beautiful factory engraved Winchester 1866 Rifle!
