French "Contract Model" Court 9 Coups "Unique" pistol .32 ACP (PR67225) Consignment

SN: 108502. Made prior to the Armistice of 1940 for the French government by Manufacture D'Armes Des Pyrenees (MAPF) in Hendaye, France with a 3-inch barrel chambered for the .32 ACP pistol cartridge. Marked "7,65 Court 9 Coups "Unique" on the left side of the slide & there is a pre-war Moroccan security police stamp on the right side of the frame as well as a World War II German police acceptance mark just beneath it. Overall condition is excellent with original factory finish present on all metal parts, a bright bore, & excellent black plastic grips with vertical serrations & entwined stylized "RF" initials (for Republique Francaise = Republic of France) in a circle on each grip. Comes with one detachable box magazine & a 1940-dated black leather holster. Consignment
