Serial number 15846. Made in 1876. 44-40 caliber with a 20” barrel. This is actually a really nice example of a 1st Model carbine. Barrel has a light gray to brown patina. All markings are nice and sharp. The brown also has a brown to gray patina ith some traces of blue in protected areas. Wood is very good as being lightly cleaned. Action works perfectly and gun is all original!
