Winchester - Model 1873

Serial number 15846. Made in 1876. 44-40 caliber with a 20” barrel. This is actually a really nice example of a 1^st Model carbine. Barrel has a light gray to brown patina. Serial number 81317. Made in 1881. 44-40 caliber with a 20” barrel. Very Fine 2^nd Model Carbine with 70% of the original blue. Wood is excellent. This gun is in 44-40 caliber but does not have a caliber marking because at the time of production, they were only making guns in 44-40. Very fine example of a 2^nd Model carbine!

Serial number 17392. Made in 1876. 44-40 caliber with a 20” barrel. Metal has a dark brown patina. Wood is good. Action is missing a significant amount of the parts. This gun needs a little TLC and could double in value.

Serial number None Visible. Made Pre 1895. 38-40 caliber with a 20” barrel. This gun has  a gray patina with scattered pitting. The wood has been refinished.

Serial number 509262. Made in 1897. 22 caliber with a 24” barrel. This gun has been professionally restored to meant condition. The metal has one hundred percent of restored finish. The wood appears to be original that has been refinished to near new condition. This is an extremely rare Winchester 1873 22 Caliber Deluxe. This gun comes with a factory letter confirming the configuration!

SN: 00012ZX73B. Modern production .357 mag with a 20" barrel. Bore is excellent. NRA special edition lever action rifle made by Miroku in Japan. Has engraved and gold inlaid receiver. The wood is deluxe figured walnut. Excellent condition.

SN: 5531358. Made in 1900. .38 W.C.F. with a 24" barrel. Bore is in good condition with strong rifling. Lever action Winchester. Receiver and barrel are good condition with a smooth brown patina. Wood stock is in good condition with handling wear noted. Overall condition is good. Actions functions smoothly and properly.

Serial number 89903A. Made in 1882. 44-40 caliber with a 24” barrel. This gun has been nicely restored to mint condition.

Serial number is mostly worn down but some numbers are visible. Made circa 1880's. .32 W.C.F. with a 24" barrel. Bore is good. Cowboy lever action rifle. Barrel and receiver have been refinished, and are in good condition with some pitting. The stock has been replaced and is in very good condition. Overall good condition.

Serial number 166?32. Made in 1884. 44-40 with a 24” barrel. Metal has a dark brown patina with pitting. Wood is fair as weathered and refinished. The forearm has neat saddle wear.

SN: 557297B. Made in 1901, 38-40 with a 24" barrel. The bore is very good with light pitting. Lever action rifle. Has been reblued, the metal looks good and has light pitting remaining. The wood is good with some marks and wear. Overall good condition.

SN:31371 Manufactured circa 1879, .44-40 with a 24.25" barrel. Bore is good with visible rifling and lite pitting. leaver action rifle with adjustable rear sights, octagon barrel and wooden stock. Overall condition is good with grayish brown patina and crack in right side of stock and TE engraved on stock. (Consignment)

SN: 149697A. Made in 1884, 44-40 caliber with a 20" barrel. Bore is excellent, bright and shiny. The metal has a smooth brown patina. The buttstock shows numerous marks and wear but is not cracked. The underside of the receiver has a very small marking of initials and a number. We don't know the origin of those markings or what they mean. A good looking and interesting Winchester carbine....

SN: XX0172. Date unknown. 38-40 caliber with a 26" barrel. Lever action rifle with an octagon barrel. The bore is fair; dark with good rifling and some pitting. The gun has been refinished with a polished blue, part of the serial number has been buffed out. The buttstock has a repaired split. Overall good condition.

SN: 00105ZW73J. Made in 2014. .45 Colt caliber with a 24" barrel. Japanese made "Navy" model with a dull gray finish. Has Grade 4 deluxe walnut. Excellent condition with box.
