US Martial Savage Navy Model (AH6720) ATX

Serial number 12618. Made in the 1860s. 36 caliber with 7 1/8” barrel. Metal has an even gray patina. There are small inspectors marks on the barrel, frame and cylinder. Grips are very good with visible but faint cartouches. This was a contract of 800 guns meant for the US Navy. Scarce US Martial Savage Navy Model!

This gun is all original with the exception of the door with the eagle over the Maynard tape primer is a very cleverly aged replacement.
