Circa 1840. 65 caliber with a 10” barrel. Very well made gun with a lock marked “H. Nock” Barrel still has traces of the of the Damascus pattern. Wood is very good with very fine checkering. The barrel has a gold inlayed band. Tang is finely engraved.

Swiss army contract pistol made by A. Francotte in Belgium. The barrel is 8.25" barrel and the barrel flats show Belgian Proofs and Swiss Canton mark. The stock has "83" on the left side above the trigger and the condition is overall very good, with approximately 90% of its original varnish. The brass mounts have light patina. Th actions work properly. Overall very good condition.

Faint V/P and tree are visible on the barrel, lock plate is correct and dated 1852. Wood loss is noted above the lock plate. Ramrod has been replaced with a wooden one.
